By accessing or using our website at www.trustreview-hub.com, any subdomains, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Platform, whether you are a visitor, registered user, or business representative. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms incorporate the following policies, which also apply to your use of the Platform:

Guidelines for Reviewers: Outlines expectations for writing and submitting reviews.
Guidelines for Businesses: Details rules for businesses interacting with the Platform.

Please read these Terms and related policies carefully to understand your rights and obligations. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To write reviews or access certain features, you must create a user account with a valid email address. You may also sign up using third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Apple), subject to their respective terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@trustreview-hub.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Single Account Rule: You may only maintain one user account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, ratings, or Platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Profile Information: You may choose a username and profile picture, provided they do not impersonate others, contain offensive content, or include advertising, hate speech, or profanities. We encourage you to verify your identity securely to enhance trust within our community.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Guidelines for Reviewers, Guidelines for Businesses, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you violate these Terms, we may take action, including suspending or terminating your access to the Platform.
Trust Review Hub is an open, independent, and impartial platform designed to foster trust between consumers and businesses. We aim to help consumers make informed decisions and businesses improve through authentic feedback. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with this purpose and in compliance with these Terms.
You may use the Platform to:
Read reviews and ratings of businesses and products.
Write reviews based on your genuine experiences with a business’s products or services.
Respond to reviews if you are a verified business representative.
Report content that violates our Guidelines or Terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Submitting Fake or Misleading Reviews: Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a business’s products or services. Submitting fake, biased, or incentivized reviews (e.g., in exchange for payment, discounts, or other benefits) is prohibited.
Harassment or Abuse: Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward businesses, other users, or Trust Review Hub staff.
Data Scraping: Copying, collecting, or commercially exploiting Platform data (e.g., reviews, ratings, or user profiles) without our express written permission is prohibited.
Impersonation: Do not impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
Marketing or Spam: Do not use the Platform for marketing, advertising, or soliciting business, including posting reviews that promote your own products or services.
Illegal Activities: Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
Interference: Do not attempt to interfere with the Platform’s functionality, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or introducing viruses or malicious code.
Misuse of Flagging Tools: Do not misuse the Platform’s reporting or flagging features to harass businesses or users or to suppress legitimate reviews.
Violations of these rules may result in actions outlined in our Action We Take Policy, including content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
Reviews must:
Be based on your genuine experience with a business’s products or services.
Be relevant to the business or product being reviewed.
Avoid personal attacks, hate speech, profanities, or irrelevant content (e.g., reviews about a company’s work environment or internal culture).
Comply with our Guidelines for Reviewers.
We use automated detection technology and human moderation to screen reviews for authenticity and compliance. If a review is flagged as suspicious, we may request documentation (e.g., receipts, invoices) to verify the reviewer’s experience. Failure to provide evidence within 14 days may result in the review’s removal.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Trust Review Hub name and logo, is the property of Trust Review Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, such as reviews, comments, or profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Trust Review Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license continues even if you delete your account, unless your content is removed for violating these Terms or our Guidelines.
You represent and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.
Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
Your User Content complies with these Terms and our Guidelines.
User Content, such as reviews and profile information, is publicly visible on the Platform and may be accessed by third parties, including search engines like Google. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in User Content and should not include sensitive personal information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers) unless necessary and appropriate.
You may edit or delete your reviews at any time through your account settings, subject to our Guidelines. Deleting your account will remove all associated reviews, and this action is permanent. We may also remove User Content that violates these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable laws, as described in our Action We Take Policy.
Businesses may create accounts to manage their profiles, respond to reviews, and request feedback from customers. To create a business account, you must provide accurate information about your business, including name, address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Businesses may invite customers to leave reviews using Trust Review Hub’s supported invitation methods. Invitations must be sent to all customers equally, without bias toward positive feedback. Offering incentives (e.g., payments, discounts, or free products) for reviews, or pressuring customers to modify or remove reviews, is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties, including account suspension or a Consumer Warning on your profile.
Businesses may respond to reviews to address customer feedback, resolve issues, or express gratitude. Responses must comply with our Guidelines for Businesses and avoid abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. Misuse of response features may result in action under our Action We Take Policy.
Businesses may flag reviews that they believe violate our Guidelines (e.g., fake reviews, harmful content, or personal information). Flagging must be done in good faith, and misuse of this feature (e.g., flagging valid negative reviews) is prohibited. We will investigate flagged reviews and may request documentation to verify the reviewer’s experience.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information you provide (e.g., email address, username), usage data (e.g., search history, interactions with the Platform), and data provided by businesses (e.g., customer contact details for review invitations). We take reasonable measures to protect your data but expect you to safeguard your account credentials and confidential information.
Public Data: Reviews, usernames, profile pictures, and business responses are considered public and may be accessed by anyone on the internet, including via third-party services like search engines.
Private Data: Certain data, such as your email address or verification documents, is kept private and not published on the Platform, except as required by law or with your consent.
We may share public data (e.g., reviews, usernames) with third parties, such as search engines or analytics providers, to enhance the Platform’s visibility and functionality. Such sharing is subject to data license terms that protect your rights. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
To protect the Platform’s integrity, we use a combination of automated detection technology and human moderation to screen reviews and other User Content for compliance with our Guidelines. Our systems analyze content and behavioral data to detect fake reviews, spam, or misuse. We may request additional information (e.g., receipts, invoices) to verify the authenticity of reviews.
If you believe a review, response, or other content violates our Guidelines, you may report it using the Platform’s “Report” feature. For businesses suspected of soliciting fake reviews or pressuring reviewers, you may contact our Content Integrity team via support@trustreview-hub.com or our Whistleblower Form. We will investigate reports and take action as outlined in our Action We Take Policy.
If we determine that you have violated these Terms or our Guidelines, we may:
Remove or edit offending content.
Suspend or terminate your account.
Issue a Consumer Warning on a business’s profile.
Pursue legal action, if applicable.

If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@trustreview-hub.com within 14 days. You must provide evidence supporting your appeal (e.g., proof of a genuine customer experience). We will review appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Trust Review Hub does not produce, edit, or endorse User Content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of reviews, comments, or other content posted by users. You use the Platform and rely on reviews at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Review Hub, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Review Hub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
You may delete your user account at any time through your account settings. Deleting your account is permanent and will remove all associated reviews and User Content. You will still be able to read reviews but cannot write new ones without creating a new account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable laws. We may also terminate access for inactivity or other reasons, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Any User Content that remains on the Platform will continue to be governed by the license granted in Section 3.2, unless removed for violating these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Claims related to intellectual property rights or equitable relief (e.g., injunctions) may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Guidelines for Reviewers, Guidelines for Businesses, and Action We Take Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trust Review Hub regarding your use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Businesses may claim and manage their profiles on the Platform. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business. We reserve the right to verify your business identity and may request documentation to confirm your legitimacy.
Businesses may display their Trust Review Hub ratings or reviews on their websites or marketing materials, provided they comply with our Legal Brand Guidelines. Misrepresenting your TrustScore or manipulating ratings is prohibited and may result in penalties.
If we determine that a business has engaged in prohibited conduct (e.g., soliciting fake reviews), we may place a Consumer Warning on its profile, which will be visible to users. Businesses will be notified and may appeal the decision as outlined in Section 6.4.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a business’s products or services. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipts, order numbers) to verify your review. Failure to provide evidence may result in review removal.
You may edit or delete your reviews at any time through your account. Edited reviews must still comply with our Guidelines. Deleting a review or account is permanent and cannot be undone.
If a business pressures you to modify or remove a review, offers incentives for reviews, or engages in other prohibited conduct, please report it to our Content Integrity team at support@trustreview-hub.com or via our Whistleblower Form.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as social media platforms or business websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites. You access them at your own risk and should review their policies before engaging.
We strive to make the Platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in compliance with applicable laws. If you encounter accessibility issues, please contact us at support@trustreview-hub.com.
We may update the Platform’s features, functionality, or content at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific feature or service.
Trust Review Hub will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or technical failures.
These Terms are intended as guiding principles to ensure a fair and transparent Platform. In case of ambiguity, Trust Review Hub reserves the right to interpret these Terms at its discretion. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
