Last Updated: Feb 12, 2025

Trust Review Hub (“Trust Review Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform at www.trustreview-hub.com, including its subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), where users can share and access reviews and ratings of businesses and products. This Copyright Policy outlines our approach to protecting intellectual property rights, including copyrights, and explains how we handle copyright infringement claims. By using the Platform, you agree to this Copyright Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to all users, including visitors, registered users, and business representatives. For questions or to report copyright issues, contact us at support@trustreview-hub.com. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Platform encourages users to share authentic reviews and feedback while respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This Copyright Policy:

  • Clarifies ownership and licensing of content on the Platform.

  • Outlines rules for submitting user-generated content.

  • Describes procedures for reporting and addressing copyright infringement.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

This policy covers all content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, software, and user-generated content such as reviews, comments, and profile information.

2. Copyright Ownership

2.1 Trust Review Hub’s Content

All content created by Trust Review Hub, including the Platform’s design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the “Trust Review Hub” name and logo (collectively, “Platform Content”), is owned by Trust Review Hub or its licensors. Platform Content is protected by United States and international copyright laws, as well as trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of Platform Content without our express written permission, except as permitted under our Terms of Use (e.g., sharing reviews via Platform-provided tools). To request permission, contact support@trustreview-hub.com.

2.2 User-Generated Content

Content you submit to the Platform, such as reviews, ratings, comments, profile pictures, or verification documents (collectively, “User Content”), remains your property or that of its original copyright holder. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to submit it.

  • Your User Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Your User Content complies with our Terms of Use and Guidelines for Reviewers.

When you submit User Content, you grant Trust Review Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license allows us to:

  • Publish your reviews and comments publicly on the Platform.

  • Share User Content via social media, search engines, or marketing materials.

  • Modify User Content for formatting or moderation (e.g., correcting typos or removing prohibited content).

  • Retain User Content after account deletion, unless removed for violating our Terms.

You acknowledge that User Content, such as reviews and usernames, is publicly visible and may be accessed by third parties, including via search engines like Google. Do not include sensitive or copyrighted material in User Content unless you have the right to do so.

2.3 Business Content

Businesses may submit content to their profiles, such as logos, images, or responses to reviews (“Business Content”). Businesses retain ownership of their Business Content but grant Trust Review Hub the same license as described in Section 2.2 to use, display, and promote it on the Platform. Businesses must ensure their content does not infringe third-party copyrights.

3. Prohibited Uses of Copyrighted Material

You may not submit or use content on the Platform that violates copyright laws or the rights of others. Prohibited actions include:

  • Posting reviews, comments, or images that contain copyrighted material (e.g., excerpts from books, song lyrics, or photos) without permission from the copyright holder.

  • Using Trust Review Hub’s logos, graphics, or Platform Content without authorization.

  • Reproducing or distributing User Content or Business Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Scraping or copying Platform Content, User Content, or Business Content for unauthorized use.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, as outlined in our Action We Take Policy. We may also pursue legal action if necessary.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Trust Review Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the DMCA. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. We also provide a counter-notice process for users whose content is removed.

  • Email: support@trustreview-hub.com

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., title, URL, or description).

  • Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.

  • Restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us of a court action to restrain the content.

4.3 Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, as determined in our discretion. This may include users who receive multiple valid takedown notices or engage in egregious violations.

5. Content Removal and Appeals

6. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., business websites, social media) that include copyrighted material.
